I have an unrealistic level of attention to detail and Proshine has never disappointed. Even more important is his commitment to customer satisfaction. One of the ceramic coatings didn't provide the same finish as my other car due to an issue with the product and although it wasn't his fault he assumed full responsibility and quickly made it right and no cost.
